One Seat Rates

The cost of your One Seat ride will vary between $3.00-$5.50. These costs are one-way rates based on your point of origin, not your final destination. The reservationist will confirm the fare amounts with you prior to traveling. See rates below:

Steps to Booking and Tracking Your Reservation

Scheduling your One Seat Regional Ride is easy. Simply call 925-680-2134.

With a single reservation number for all partnering transit agencies, passengers can call our One Seat Customer Service Reps and plan a new trip in a matter of minutes. Or, if you’re scheduling a trip that you’ve taken before, you can just rebook through the My Transit Manager app. (We’ll get to that.) Here’s a step-by-step guide to help:

Scheduling a New Trip (one you’ve never booked with One Seat) 

Whether or not you have ridden with One Seat previously, all new trips (trips that you have never before scheduled with One Seat) need to be booked through a Customer Service representative.

To start booking a new trip with a Customer Service representative, you’ll need to:

  1. Call 925-680-2134 to book your ride. When you call for the first time or are a regular passenger wanting to book a new ride, our Customer Service representatives are waiting to help you schedule your trip.
  2. Once your trip is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation with all the details, which you can also find in the My Transit Manager app. In fact, through My Transit Manager, you can see all of your upcoming trips including reoccurring “standing order” trips. Each trip listed will have all the details including the date of your trip, schedule pick-up time, and on the day of your trip, your driver’s name.
  3. Meet your driver; go straight to your destination. On the day of your trip, there will be a 30-minute window when you can expect your reserved bus/vehicle. You can track its pick-up arrival as well as your estimated time of arrival at your destination from the My Transit Manager app.

Scheduling a Repeat Trip (one you’ve previously booked with One Seat):

If you need to book a ride that you’ve taken before, such as to regular appointments or weekly shopping trips, you may simply rebook your ride from My Transit Manager. No need to call again to book a ride you’ve taken before. All your previous and/or reoccurring rides will be listed in your account.

To schedule a repeat trip using the My Transit Manager app, you’ll need to:

  1. Open the My Transit Manager app
  2. Click on My Trips Screen or the History Screen
  3. Select a Historical Trip that has the correct pick up and drop off addresses for the current trip you plan to take.
  4. Tap on the Book Now feature to begin the process of scheduling your ride.
  5. When the Book Now button is tapped, a calendar will appear. Tap the date you wish to travel.
  6. After selecting the date, a New Trip screen will appear. Make sure the Pick-Up and Drop off fields are correct. Use the buttons on each address to input any special instructions to the driver about either address.
  7. Specify the pick-up or appointment time by tapping the clock icon. Select the hour and minutes using the clock or keypad. Once everything is correct on the New Trip screen, tap “Request this trip” to book it. If there’s an issue, an Alert message will prompt you to contact the reservations desk for assistance.

New to My Transit Manager?

The My Transit Manger app is intended to help you keep track of your bookings, both upcoming and previously booked trips. You may also track your rides so you’ll know exactly when to expect them to pick you up, as well as when you will arrive to your destination. You may also rate your driver and let us know how your One Seat Regional Ride went.
